here are some random pics that i love! keely is now 14mos old and into everything. my mom says i've got my hands full with this one! she is very busy and very silly. she makes us laugh all the time. :) since school is out - my goal is to be better at posting on this blog, hang some pictures in my house and to catch up on keely's baby book. other than that - i'll be at the lake or on some playdates! ahhh - i love summertime!

Keely is ONE!

I can't even believe our lil girl is ONE! We ended up having a party at Mops and Pops' house with friends and family. Michael's parents were even able to join us all the way from Nebraska! It was a great time!!! Before I know it, she'll be 10! I love you, Doodlebug!

It's been a while....

Keely is almost 11 months old.. I can't even believe it! Time sure has flown by. All we know is that she is a wild one... she is ALL over the place and we are loving every second of it. She loves to dance, clap, eat, spit bubbles, wave hi and bye, push anything that moves, and she even says a few words - "mama" (only when she is whining), "hi dada" (all the time), "banana", and "bubba". Over Christmas she finally got her first tooth! We are working on the 4th tooth now. We only wish she slept better - but we aren't complaining....she is happy and loving life (and finally not spitting up!) We are truly blessed!

Turkey day and Snow day!

Here are some new pics as of lately! We had big Turkey-day plans in Dallas with the family but K decided to run a fever so we decided to hang here in Katy. We ended up eating Luby's for turkey day and it was delicious! I love Luby's! Then just a week ago - SNOW! We couldn't get home fast enough from work so that we could build a snowman and have K play in it a bit. Mom and Dad came over too and it made for great photos! About 20 minutes after we got inside, K started crawling! She's growning up way too fast!

Happy Halloween!

Keely was a bumble bee for Halloween. We tried to be a moneky but the costume was too small. So by the time I got to Target to return it, this was basically all that was left besides all of the dog costumes! She didn't care for the hood but we still had a great time. :)Here are some pics from our weekend!

It's been a while.....

WOW - can you tell I've been back to work? It's been a while since I have updated... but things have been going really well. K is now 6 1/2 mos, sitting up all by herself, sleeping all night long - thanks to a short cry it out weekend, and happier than ever. We are loving every minute with our little nugget... well not so little ;)! Here are some recent pics... more to come! XO

FUNNY!

Keely LOVES her changing table and giggles and wiggles everytimes she is on it. Today I laid her down to change her diaper. I opened a new diaper, laid it above her head, grabbed a wipe and when I was ready for the new diaper - this is where I found it! She looked so funny! We were all laughing! :) Daddy thinks she looked like a sultan and I thought she looked like George Washington! Ah, everday is something new! I love it!

Every summer my family comes down for a long weekend to visit! We spend most of our time in our bathing suits, playing on the lake and eating icecream! This year, Keely and I spent most of our time inside b/c it was toooo hot! It's a wild weekend, but one we look forward to every summer. Mom took about 600 pictures, but I am only posting 3! :) It was a great weekend... Thanks Mops and Pops for letting us invade. Yall are the best!
